And I play a male mesmer and monk just for variety.

I don't understand, I've NEVER seen Gwen use heal area. she's been RIGHT next to enemies and I and never healed them, only me. Why do people think she does that?

I'm pretty sure Gwen will be a monk character, she was a healer when she was a little girl...? What really gets to me is if she is going to be a surprise villain or a friend? If her Ascalon raid was just a developer's fun joke (?) then im sure she'll still be an ally. I just hope we don't need those items to get her...I threw those things out a long time ago lol no more broken flute or tattered girls cape from old ascalon...and they dont exactly spawn anymore...so im screwed if you need those items...

no idea, she might have used it in the beta.

and since the tattered girls cape is now gone, i'm guessing it wont be needed for anything. but if i need a flute or tapestry of anything ill make a new guy and transfer them.

She doesn't use heal area. She doesn't use any monk spells. When she plays her flute, it heals you for 20hp. Thats it.

Well judging from what Gwen says to you in pre sear, I think we can fairly safely assume she will be selectable as a hero/henchies whatever:

"When I grow up, I'm going to be a hero like my daddy. I'd like to be a warrior, but the mesmers' outfits are nicer, don't you think?"

"I want to be an adventurer too. Can I come with you?"

"When I grow up I want to be just like you."

That scan of her is truly horrible, all grainy and such. I can provide a much better one, but don't want to get banned for breaching copyright or something; could some mod confirm if it would be permitted?

That means absolutley nothing. That is just text.

I hope she is a main character that you cannot control.

ex. Prince Rurik, Mhenlo in Factions, Kormir.

The plots are based or are somewhat based around these people and you play with them in many missions but can't control their stats and what not.

I'm hoping Gwen will be something like that. Maybe she will lead a rebellion like somone said I think.

Gwen doesn't know what she wants to be. She said that she wants to be a Warrior like her dad but that she likes the Mesmer outfits better.

Add in the fact that she's already a Monk. Gwen could be any profession. I'm hoping she'll be a Hero with a variable profession. *lol* Nah...maybe she's the 2nd Mesmer Hero.

Well Gwen does say that she likes mesmer outfits, but really she's got something fiery inside her. I bet she's gonna be dressed as a mesmer with a tattoo "Ele Inside"

Also, as I said earlier or in the other thread, Gwen hasn't got the brains to lead imo, unless leading to certain death maybe
